- Tin Search
- A search to establish whether the property may be affected by tin mining activity which may result in subsidence.
- Title
- The owners right to a property.
- Title Deeds

- Transaction
- A dealing with property (e.g. sale or purchase).
- Transfer
- A document which transfers ownership of a property from one person to another.
- Transfer Deed
- This is the document which will transfer the property that you own onto your Buyers. Once a completion date has been fixed and completion has taken place then this date will be added onto the Transfer Deed and then the Buyers solicitors will deal with the Registration of the property in the Buyers name at the Land Registry.
- Transfer of Equity
- A document transferring ownership of a share or interest in a property from one person to another.
- Tree Preservation Order
- An order made by the local authority designating a tree or group of trees as protected and requiring the local authoritys permission to lop or fell them.
